After the service the compliments are for the sermon, and one parishioner singles out the part about resisting temptation. Forgive Me, Father on Candy Shorts turns that remark into a confession.
Episode 1: a sermon, a compliment and a confession
A free Candy.ai login and subtitles got me through episode 1 in about a minute. It opens on a short exchange that sounds like a flash-forward: a plea to be told to stop, the name Mika, and an answer that is not a stop. Then the service is over. Parishioners tell the new priest the congregation is lucky to have him, he thanks them, and a woman praises the sermon, especially the part about resisting temptation.
Then she asks to confess. "Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned." He asks what her sin is, and she says she has been having impure thoughts about her new priest. The episode ends there.
Episode 2: how close can temptation get?
Episode 2 stays inside the confession and runs about as long. She asks how close temptation can get before it becomes a sin, and he tells her she should not speak to him this way. She says she thought confession was where she told him it all, and she offers to describe what she imagined after the sermon.
He says no, and she points out how fast he answered. Her thoughts began, she says, with his hands. He tells her absolution is not what she is looking for. A remark follows about a look of disappointment when one of them left, and the episode closes on one more chance to say no.
The question the free pair leaves hanging
Will the priest say no? The free pair sets up that single question and keeps the answer back. The premise adds what is at stake: an illicit affair that could cost him his congregation. On Candy Shorts the answer begins at episode 3, and my viewing ended at episode 2.
The priest, the parishioner and a name from the cold open
The priest is new to the parish, unnamed and addressed as Father. The parishioner is the woman in the confession, a college-aged adult by the premise, and the series presents her as 18 or older in a fictional story. The name Mika is heard in the cold open and fits her, since the priest is the one addressed as Father. The congregation around them has no names.
Heat from restraint
Our verdict on the heat is a 4, and the porn guide maps the whole ladder. On CandyShorts the free pair is spoken only: an invitation framed as a confession, a priest who pushes back and a parishioner who points out how fast he says it. Neither episode shows nudity or sex.
What 36 tokens bring
Three paid episodes at 12 tokens each add up to 36, about a third of what Premium hands out in tokens each month. The pricing guide lists the plans, and the free viewing guide explains the opening pair.
Is Forgive Me, Father worth a Sunday on Candy Shorts?
Yes, if you like restraint, a dare and a slow build, because the free pair spends two minutes on one conversation. Skip it if you want movement, or if a priest in a flirtation is not for you. For another story that tests faith, try The Nun in Our Guest Room, and for a devout woman drawn off course, Isabella's Revelation. The series hub lists the rest.
