What does this site host?
Candy Shorts Series publishes original text and the official posters of the series it reviews. It hosts no episodes of any series. The episodes play inside the Candy.ai player, and this site does not link to unofficial copies of them.
How do you send a copyright notice?
If you own a copyright and believe a page on this site infringes it, send a written notice to csseriesguide@gmail.com. A complete notice contains:
- a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- a description of the material you say infringes it, with the address of the page on this site where it appears;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- your good-faith belief, stated in writing, that the owner, the owner's agent or the law has not authorized the use;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
A notice that leaves out one of these items can slow the review, so please check the list before you send it.
What happens after a notice arrives?
I review a complete notice promptly. If the claim holds, I remove the material or disable access to it and tell you what was done. If you published something that was removed and you think the removal was a mistake, write to the same address with the page address and the reasons, and I will look again. Sending a notice you know to be false can have legal consequences for you.
Does a notice here cover Candy.ai's episodes?
No. The episodes and other material published on Candy.ai are Candy.ai's responsibility, and a notice sent to this site cannot take them off its platform. The company publishes its own DMCA Policy, dated February 14, 2025, among its legal documents on the Legal Information page of candy.ai. A complaint that a generated character resembles a real person belongs with its Content Removal Policy, listed on the same page.
