Episode 1: a fitting that runs long
Veronica greets him with an endearment and a welcome to her fitting room. Episode 2: round two, with company outside
He returns, and she greets him with a question about round two. His mind is already racing: he tells himself she looks even better today, and he admits his fiancée thinks he is somewhere else. Veronica asks whether he is done lying to his body, then tells him what to take off. Then he stops himself with a reminder that he is getting married in four days. A voice calls from outside, "Babe, are you here?" It is the fiancée. Veronica is calm, telling him the door is locked, and the episode closes on her question: does he want to go further with his fiancée waiting just outside?
A calendar with a short fuse
