The room is not five stars, he admits, and she says that is okay. She asks whether this is his first time bringing a woman to a motel, and his stammer earns her "Cute." She heads for a shower and asks him not to be weird.
A call comes in from the ex, whom she calls Tyler. He wants to know where she is, and she tells him she is gone for good. Afterward she tells the driver that guys like Tyler need to win, and she wishes men were as nice as he is. He says he is just trying to help. Then she asks him to hand her a towel, and the last beat is her telling him to come closer.
What the road story promises
