A woman tells him she is now dating his roommate, who is moving out to live with her, and wishes him luck finding a new roommate. A friend's blunt advice about getting over someone follows, and then the friend points out Paola: fitness model, star of the swim team, the most popular student at the university. You do not stand a chance, he is told. Class starts, the instructor has to ask the room to keep its eyes up front, and a short exchange about a season best follows. Back at the dorm he finds Paola in his room. She explains that the university assigned it to her after a last-minute acceptance and that she has nowhere else to go. She suggests they work something out, and the episode ends on that.
Episode 2: no peeking and a stuck clasp
The second episode is about keeping the arrangement quiet. His friends gossip about Paola, and one asks why she is in the guys' showers. Another keeps pressing him for details and promises not to tell anyone. A friend adds that people say Paola has a girlfriend. At night come reminders of their secret and of the house rule that matters most: no peeking. The episode ends when Paola asks for help with a stuck clasp, followed by a good night.
