On a no-cost Candy.ai profile, with subtitles enabled, I started episode 1 and found that it opens inside the employee's head, where he admits the boss's wife has been on his mind more than he would say out loud. Then the boss demands to know what he is doing there. The employee says there has been an error: he was assigned compartment 12. The boss answers that 12 is theirs, the whole compartment, and tells him to get out. This is a company trip, he adds, not a picnic.
The wife steps in. She asks the boss whether he really wants to make a man sleep on a corridor floor, then tells the employee it is okay and he can stay. He thanks her. Later she says she is feeling cold, and the employee's thoughts go two ways at once: does she want him, and will this cost him his job? She settles it herself. Her husband thinks this employee is his favorite, she says, but he is hers. Why doesn't he warm her up? That line ends the episode.
Episode 2: a cover story, a bad dream and a few spare minutes
A close call opens episode 2. Someone asks what is going on, and the answer is that she was only helping him prepare for her husband's presentation tomorrow. The boss says he had a bad dream in which his wife left him. He addresses her as Veronica, and she tells him she could not leave him.
At the station the boss sends the employee for coffee and a talk about not wasting company time. The wife overrides it with a luggage errand: her makeup kit, her bathroom kit. Then she tells the employee not to worry, because her husband will not find out. If he does, the employee says, he loses his job. And if he does not? Departure is in a few minutes, and she insists he remember his manners: she is the boss's wife, and here he calls her ma'am. His answer ends the episode: "Yes, ma'am."
A secret on a timetable
The setup stays on one train and one night, and the whole plot rests on staying quiet. What comes next lies past the paywall, and my viewing of this Candy Shorts story ended at the second episode, so how the trip ends is not something I can report.

Veronica is the boss's wife, called by name by her husband in episode 2. The employee calls her Mrs. Parker, which suggests the boss's surname.
